David Savage, CFP
is president of Savage and Company Wealth Management, LLC. A native Oregonian, he holds degrees from the University of Oregon (where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa) and Eastern Oregon University. David has been a financial advisor since 1994 in California and Oregon. He worked for two national companies and co-founded a successful independent firm in Bend before relocating to Ashland in 2014.
David is passionate about providing professional advice on retirement planning to his clients, which include couples as well as those planning their financial future after divorce or death of a spouse. He is licensed to use the Certified Financial Planner and CFP marks by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
David is a regular instructor at Southern Oregon University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), where he teaches courses on financial planning and investing.
In his free time, he enjoys folk music and hiking, biking and cross-country skiing in beautiful Southern Oregon
